Our Founder and President, Lance W. Collins, is a Third Generation Builder with over 45 years’ experience in residential and commercial construction.  He is a native Floridian and at a young age his family moved from Broward County to Martin County in 1976.

He attained his first State Certified Professional license in 1989 and now holds five State Certified Professional licenses and one National license.  He started his first business in 1992, servicing the area first with carpentry and millwork crews then founded his first corporation, Diamond Court Construction, in 1995 building custom residential model homes, performing multifamily shell construction and architectural design consulting.  In the 1990’s Lance operated & controlled framing crews of his own of nearly 40 men.  During the last five years Lance has been a Director of Construction for high profile Hotel & Townhouse projects totaling $60 million & 43 million, with direct reports of 12 and indirect reports of over 200 workers.

Diamond Court Construction's three divisions; design, construction and framing services, we have designed and built hundreds of homes from 2000 sq. ft to over 5000 sq. ft.   We have also framed hundreds of homes and been subcontractors in homes exceeding 22,000 sq. ft, were meticulous attention to detail is demanded.  In 2006 Diamond Court Construction completed corporate franchise structure to present opportunities for their products statewide. Now with 19 Models, multiple elevations and multiple versions we have hundreds of combinations to suit even the very discerning customers wants. The Collins' family started building and making property improvements in Florida back in 1954 with Arthur Collins, Lance’s Grandfather. Arthur Collins completed many large commercial structures in Dade and Broward County. Neil Collins, Lance’s father, pushed further ahead by constructing large single family and multi-family residential developments in Broward and Palm Beach counties, building thousands of single family homes, condos, and apartments.  Some of the developments include, Castle Gardens, The Barefoot Mailman, First National Bank (Las Olas Blvd.), Dupont Towers, Sandal Foot Cove, Galt Ocean Mile buildings, Lake Eden Estates, Savannas Club and Boynton Beach Estates.
